By placing an order with Merry and Flora, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. They’re here to keep everything clear and running smoothly, so you can feel confident in the process from start to finish.

Floral Design & Substitutions

Merry & Flora specializes in seasonal, garden-style floral design.

Because flowers are a natural product, availability can vary. Thoughtful substitutions may be made as needed based on season, quality, and supply. Any substitutions will always be chosen to maintains the overall color palette, style, and value of your order.

À La Carte Orders (Pickup & Delivery)

Pickup Policy

Clients may choose to pick up their flowers from our studio.

  • Flowers are delicate and require careful handling

  • By choosing pickup, you accept full responsibility once the flowers leave our studio

  • A pickup waiver must be signed prior to release

We strongly recommend delivery for the best experience and to ensure your flowers arrive safely.

Delivery Policy

Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and time.

  • Delivery includes safe transport of your flowers to the agreed location

  • Delivery does not include setup or installation unless specifically arranged

  • Someone must be available to receive the flowers at the scheduled time

Full-Service Wedding & Event Clients

Full-service events include delivery, setup, and (if applicable) teardown as outlined in your proposal.

  • Floral designs are created based on your approved proposal and overall vision

  • Final details will be confirmed approximately 3–4 weeks before your event

  • Any additions or changes may be subject to availability and additional cost

Silk & Rental Florals

Merry & Flora offers high-quality silk floral rentals.

  • Rental items remain the property of Merry & Flora

  • Items must not be moved, altered, or taken apart by clients or guests

  • Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items

  • Retrieval timing will be arranged in advance

Weather & Environmental Conditions

Flowers are sensitive to heat, cold, wind, and direct sunlight.

Merry & Flora is not responsible for damage due to environmental conditions once flowers are delivered, installed, or picked up. Outdoor events carry inherent risks, and we will always design with conditions in mind.

Payment Terms

  • A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date

  • The retainer is applied toward your total balance

  • Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to your event

Orders placed within 30 days of the event date must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Changes

  • All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of floral design

  • Date changes are subject to availability

  • Significant changes to your order may result in pricing adjustments

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied based on the delivery or event location, in accordance with state and local laws.

Photography

Merry & Flora reserves the right to photograph floral designs for portfolio, website, and social media use.

Liability

Once flowers are picked up or delivered, responsibility transfers to the client.

Merry & Flora is not responsible for:

  • Damage caused by handling after delivery or pickup

  • Environmental exposure

  • Third-party interference (venues, guests, etc.)

Agreement

By placing an order, submitting payment, or signing a proposal, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
